I have been told there are two schemes and that my work is on the same one as Cyclesurgery. Are there any other shops on the same scheme? I am keen to look around before picking a bike to commute on.

They sort of accept two schemes. Taxfreecycle is their own scheme where they handle the admin for your company. They also accept cyclescheme vouchers.
