I've seen a few users advise using sticky hook-side velcro as a chainstay protector and want to give it a go on my C456.

Can't find exactly the right item on ebay, but a few things that would probably do the job.

Thought I'd ask in case somebody can point out the right thing or suggest another source?

🙂

I got some heavy duty stuff from Hobbycraft, but it wont stay stuck. Have used IPA to clean and heated chainstay before applying but its always come off after a few wet rides. Shame as it works well to silence chainslap. Mines currently held on with duct tape.

Velcro is generally tougher, quieter, longer lasting, neater.
