Google some roadie mags and see if they have a forum of classifieds.
Road.cc or bikeradar but road.cc is pretty quiet and road bikes don't come up for sale that often anyway. There's a classifieds section on cyclosport.org but that's even quieter than road.cc (and nowhere near as good). Londoncyclesport or lfgss (london fixed gear & single speed) might be worth a look as well.

Different culture for road bikes, they're not traded in the same way that MTBs and parts are. People will often just retire a bike into winter duties or leave it to the cycle club that they belong to for younger riders to use, wheels get put onto a CX bike and thrashed for a season then binned etc.
