Have a long weekend pass for August 28/29/30/31 and September 1st.
Planning on jumping in the VW T5 on Thursday (28th) after work and heading for the channel tunnel. Will drive through the night (going with a mate so we can share driving) to arrive 'somewhere' for Friday morning. The plan is then to ride Friday, Saturday and Sunday before returning on Sunday through the night, or Monday morning. Back at work on Tuesday.
So... where to go?
My only thought so far is Morzine.. is this a good decision, and if so, where should i stay (T5 Camper with side awning)?
Got our full face helmets on order from CRC and have a Yeti SB-66 and Turner 5-spot lubed and waiting.
