You mean the thing that threads into the underside of the downtube? Get your local Spesh dealer to get one in.

I broke the top one on my pitch overestimating its bendyness when removing my front mech cable. I just mainly ignore it now.
Yeah quite flimsy it seems. Dont your cables flop around?
Ive only got the rear mech and the brake cable/hose now so I put the broken one in the middle and it has been fine with one either side.
