Morning STW.

Im looking for some help and advice. I’ve got a Wheels Manufacturing PF30 to outboard Shimano bottom bracket in my Onza Jackpot. The bearing are starting to show sings that they need replacing. I’ve found the bearing, but can’t seem to find any info or videos on how to swap the out.

Does anyone have any experience in doing so?
