Can't get enough details anywhere but I assume that's a QR front?

that set look like qr .but i have them on a focus bike & the front is thru.
they are vry solid wheels & the sricing on the rar is a doddle but they are a bitch to get tyres on.

got a pair, qr front, tyres were ok to get on, maxxis swampthings
nice quality for the price
