Can anybody vouch for a good wheelbuilder in the Cumbria area? I have a pair of Pro2 EVO's currently laced to WTB i25's that I'm wanting to transplant to new DT Swiss rims and competition spokes ( I haven't purchased anything yet ).

Failing that it's off the peg Hunt wheels....

Thanks

I’d always suggest giving this ago yourself, it’s not as hard as you might think.

Between the Roger Musson wheelbuilding pdf and Ali Clarkson’s YouTube tutorial anyone can do it!

You may need new spokes depending on the rim ERD and replacing nipples is never a bad thing, especially if they are alloy, although DT rims do usually come with them and washers.

Cyclewise Cockermouth, or whinlatter will do a good job for you, for a reasonable cost.

I live near Cockermouth and have been building my own wheels for 20 years for myself and friends. Happy to help. Drop me a message if you want to discuss

Steve

Wheelbase in stavely, I've had a few built there, no complaints.
