Anyone able to tell me what this little widget is on my disk brake rotor? It came with a set of semi-fat wheels I bought a few months back. I was assuming it's some sort of safety thing, or a brake-squeal-killer but my googling hasn't found anything. Even Google Lens can't identify it. STW to the rescue!

I'd be more worried about the wear pattern on the disc, looks like the pads are sitting too low and wearing the spider away and not sweeping the top of the rotor.
Is it a 203mm disc on 200mm adapters?
