I have a FSA BB30 crankset, and I want to take it off and replace the BB bearings. But looking on 'how to' websites I've lost an important part, that allows you to take off the crank. there's a plastic screw in bolt, that the inner bolt pushes against when you unscrew it, almost like a self extracting crank, but I've lost the outer bolt thingy. whats it called? as I can't find a replacement anywhere.

Or can I just hit it with a hammer?
