Ti-bolts/pure/superster giving me a new ks-i900?
18 months old never serviced,scratched stanchion and sucking up dirt/water and water from underneath.

I don't think it specifies a service interval from memory, though 18 months without a service could be argued to be neglect and invalidate the 2 year warranty. And y'know, this is Superstar we're talking about here.
(otoh, if you had serviced it, they'd probably say you caused the fault with improper servicing, that's exactly what they did with mine even though I was only servicing it on their instruction to remove a fault that it had from new. Which was interesting.)
But... What they've been known to do is full refurbs for a very reasonable price even without warranty.
1 month on and £45 for a service and still waiting for it to be returned. Quality service me thinks NOT 🙁
