I'm selling a pair of wheels and I've got a great box for them.

Does anyone have any experience with posting them? Who is the best company to go with? I'm tempted to pop down to the Post Office, but I'm wondering if it would be more cost effective with Parcel Force or similar?

I posted some the other day. About £12 uninsured, plus an extra £3 to take coverage up to £300.

Try MSE - went through the various sites and the Royal Mail came up cheapest but only just. BTW make sure you get an accurate weight for it before you start getting prices.

About £8 for a pair of wheels insured up to £50. Next day service too.
