saw one on a new Spesh hybrid the other day - a placky clamp that goes around the seattube with an arm that stops the chain popping down towards the BB shell.
And I noticed the roadies in the Paris Roubaix had a similar version, which clamped to the mech. Don't know what it's called though, or who stocks them.

that's the sort of thing, but the Spesh one was more like this (which is a mech clamp I know...)

used to be quite popular and called the Third Eye Chain Watcher. ID did them back in the day I think.
