twang - It's a water drain, that's why there's one on each side...
If you wash the bike you might wanna hold it on it's side for a few moments and you'll see the water run out -)

I can add fine, i've still got all fingers and toes.
Its not a water drain, its 10mm and in the middle of the swing arm. There are drain holes near the drop outs and also near the pivots...?
