Sunday cycles has rebranded itself to Sabbath, it appears due to some legal threat from some septic's;

Now I've been shoving bits of cash away over winter, as I really fancied on of the silk road pro frames, and finances were just about getting there. But I just cannot warm to the new name ๐ Sunday was homely, felt british and I just liked it. Sabbath is a bit dramtic. I'm not angry just disappointed, tell me Sabbath is just as good ๐ณ
May be more to do with the fact that Sunday is already an established BMX brand.

It's all Class 12 though innit.
Superstar - http://www.ipo.gov.uk/ohim?ohimnum=E5740493
Sunday - http://www.ipo.gov.uk/ohim?ohimnum=E5676044
Think both names are guff.

Interesting, that. I always thought that if you weren't likely to be confused, you could have the same name as another company, but apparently not. ๐
I think there are quite a few examples of the Superstar/Super Star scenario though, where neither company really treads on each others' toes so they don't bother duking it out. I doubt anyone is going to confuse this:
