I want to go tubeless so what will I need? I've got Schwalbe Fat albert UST's and Mavic Crossmax SX wheels - the 2012 model. The tubeless valves came with the wheels, so will I just need sealant, or will I need any rim tape etc?
No tape, Fit the valves and chuck some sealant in and pump em up..done....

If the shwalbes are proper UST as oppose to tubeless ready (TLR), then you just need to fit valves, fit tyres and pump like a man possessed until you pop the tyre bead onto the rim. I find a bit of watered down fairy liquid brushed around bead helps it pop on. I also use stans solution as a sealant - I've found that without this even proper UST tyres lose a bit of air, but the main benefit is if you get a puncture. Having said that you don't need it.
Unless you bought them 2nd hand you should have a got a mavic step by step guide.
