Wan to be able to analyse data and plot courses on real maps - whats the best site to upload to?

Garmin Connect is pretty good, and dead easy to upload with their plugin.

+1 garmin connect - and you can make public or private and share on facebook/via email etc if you like that sort of thing 🙂

You don't need a site to upload it to - I use Sporttracks.
Free to try and very very good.

From the Garmin TrainingCentre application you can view your tracks on Google Earth.
I personally like the Google Maps-based Website @ [url= http://www.marengo-ltd.com/map2/index.php ]Marengo[/url] which can be used to create routes as well.
