That looks like the worst idea since Dave said to George "This whole Europe thing, lets let the people decide".
could put a genny in a normal trailler and use it to charge your e-bike.
Why do both these things push on the seat post? Axle mount would be much more sensible - that's how I've done it in the past. Though not with mental petrol engine.
Was it a failed prototype from Kickstarter ?
I give it a month before someone puts a 1100cc inline 4 onto one.
