[Closed] what size stem would fit bars with a diameter of 8.5cm

Found some cool old road bars in my shed want to put on a commuter but not sure if they are 25.4 or 26 in terms of stem fit. Bit confused.

Dividing by Pi suggests 27mm

mmmm its either I use them and buy a stem or buy some on one midges to use with a 31.8 stem i have. I might give the midges ago
