It depends on the bike, not the seatpost size. 🙂
A steel bike will have thinner tube walls than a alloy one, for instance.
The one that's on there might be marked up, but my guess is 31.8mm 🙂

If it's a steel frame with a 27.2mm seat post, the seat clamp size is likely to be 30mm.
But measuring it will give you the correct answer.

it's an aluminium frame, but an Easton lightweight one so might be thinner than normal alu frames (?)
