Does anyone know what length axle i'd need on a square taper BB to fit a triple (48/38/28) on a PX Kaffenback frame?
I know i could ask PX but i don't think i'd get an answer before Monday and want to order tonight.

Depends on the cranks I thought? You can add spacers to suite the bike. Is it a road or a MTB crankset?
I've used these road ones on the swap-out version if it helps:
