That's definitely a 2008 medium enduro...... Just sold my frame and kept the front forks

I think so, there are internal cartridges that do all the work. One leg has around 50 psi standard the other is inflated to suit rider and riding style.
I sent my 2008 forks to Specialized for servicing and they replaced all the internals free of charge!
There is some oil in there....
