Hi guys i keep buying hardtails but they are no good for my back so im trying to find a very short travel second hand f/s frame. I already have a big travel one but id like a frame with a bit of rear squish to ease my lower back but be lighter and hopefully ride as close to a hard tail as poss? Is this a feasible search? I keep thinking along the lines of an old Kona Bass but the single ring up front does not appeal as i want at least a double. Thanks.
Try an Anthem. Set up well it feels like a hard tail, but without being bounced out of the saddle. Curious and amazing!
Cannondale scalpel 26" .... Lighter than most hard tails... Not just for racing, shame they stopped making it but loads out there still.
