I have an aged (but owned from new) 1999 Kona Caldera.

The frame has gone through a heap of builds; retro, modern, 69er etc and was modified by Argos to include a disc mount a few years ago.

It currently wears XTR M950 groupset, Thomson finishing kit, Magura brakes & wheelset.

It tends to only be ridden a couple of times a year an if I’m honest isn’t all that practical (as much as it pains me to say this) as it has very limited rear clearance and its geometry is happier with a 80mm fork (currently running a rigid fork)

That coupled with a TT that is now probably a bit too short has taken much of the fun out of riding it ?

So....... What in the way of suggestions would you make for a replacement? Would like to move as much stuff over as possible to minimise additional out lay so looking for 1 1/8’’ HT, 27.2mm ST, 100mmish geometry.

I've an 18" rocky mountain blizzard I could sell you. It's been on one short road blast so is in cracking condition.

Thanks for the suggestions so far 🙂

Any frame would need to be 19/20/21''

Caldera above is 19'' and a touch short in the TT
