Getting one for work - not sure whether to get a sleeve in my normal pannier or get a laptop specific case.
What's recommended?

Check out Topeak's rack bags at Extrauk's website, we sell a lot of their racks and bags, all very good.

That would depend if it is a Laptop purchased by yourself, or provided by work.
You, laptop specific pannier/briefcase with an extra padded sleeve.
Work, Tesco's carrier bag and a bungie cord. 😉

Contractor supplied - but I get to keep at the end of the job!
I note the altura effort puts the case on the rack on an angle - does the Agu put in in Portrait - if you get my drift? Anything specifically good about the quorum?
