As title, really. I want to run a Shadow Plus rear mech with a 10-speed cassette and double up front on a 140mm travel full-sus. What length cage can/should I run? Thanks.

work out your gear range based on the size of your chainrings and your cassette, then have a mook on shimano's tech docs to see.
most likely a medium cage will work though.
