A blindfold so you don't have to look at all the fuglybikes.

Ear plugs so you can't hear all the snoring.

What time you think you'll be there?

The Niche Knights will be arriving through out the day.

Bike

Don't be silly.

You don't need one of those at a singlespeed event.

No blindfold or earplugs, but hopefully won't be needed.

Not sure when I'll arrive. Hoping before 8, depends how big the hills are and how fast I ride.

I forgot to pack the ability to make a git heavy bike go at more than 10mph, so I turned around after 15 miles and arrived home after 3 hours soaked to the skin.

Plan B tomorrow...

Plan Bi is to pack a lot less and ride the Inbred over tomorrow.
Plan Bii is to get a lift over off of The Wife tomorrow, but ride back on Sunday.

lol

I had planned a test run last Saturday, to get an idea how fast I'd be able to go fully loaded, but had a last minute change of plans to go to a cycle campaign conference in Manchester instead. I'd have stayed a lot drier tonight if I'd done that, I think.

No worries Nick.

Just about to repack on a smaller scale - no rack on the Inbred so just what I can carry in a rucsack and a small drybag bungeed to the seatpost. will have to leave the ten pack of lager at home this time ๐Ÿ™

If you need anything picking up from the shops on the way, then just shout, although I think we're pretty well catered for food and booze on site if I remember from the website...

Cheers, but I think I'll be alright. A lot of the weight today was the food/drink (ok, mainly the drink) for tonight ๐Ÿ™‚
