what happened to Easton Ultralite hardtails?

I remember Kona had some mentally light hardtails, Kona Kula for instance made from Easton Ultralite

whats the nearest thing now?

It's all about the carbon fibre these days innit. Aluminium has been relegated to the cheaper end of the market for the most part.

would like to pickup up another scandium kula primo if the price is right, mines got a stripped BB shell, still useable though

great bike

im on the lookout for something similar or a decent cheap carbon

Rock Lobster TIG Team SL 's are Easton Ultralite.
Loads about, not pricey.

Lovely handling too.

About as comfy as a chilli oil enema, but you can't have wverything.
