Took the plunge and got two new chris king bottom brackets on both my bikes which are currently super smooth and so far after 2 months are still in tip top condition.
Thought it may be good to now apply new grease as this recent spell of crap weather will have meant mud and grit have made there way into the BB.
I have the BB injector tool and want a recommendation as to what grease gun i should get. Is a small trigger one OK or do i need a larger pump one?
Also do i just use normal grease or is there special grease?

lots of different brandings available but all the same thing.
