Personally I'm erring on the side of "Mr. Officer - that man over there may not have receipts for that bicycle".
But I could be wrong...

Pimpmaster - Are you genuinely interested in buying the bike? If so, why don't you ask the seller if has the receipts...Jumping to conclusions springs to my mind...
