I'd like to replicate the kind of ratios we're seeing on the new 2x10 setups on my standard 3 ring 104 cranks i.e. big ring 38-40 small ring 26-28.
Is anyone else doing this and able to recommend some good ramped chainrings in these kind of sizes? Thanks

just spotted DMR Shift R available in 26/28 and 38/40 which would do the job.
any other ideas?

I used to use TA Chinook rings in 28/40, which were very good. I'd expect DMR ones to be on the heavier side.

What cassette are you using to get the same ratio as a 10spd 36t ?
