thinking strongly about putting drops on my bike and wondered about folks choice of cable disk brake. Shimano or Avid?
and whats a BB7 got over a BB5
what levers to use too? are the cane creek leavers just more pimped up Tektro?

BB7's.
They work betterer than the BB5s and are easier to set up with adjustable pads on both sides.
Cane Creek have a much nicer shaped lever than the Tektro.
I have both BB5s and 7s, 7 a little nicer but no biggie.
I don't know those levers but Shimano have always been excellent IME.
