hi everyone, just wanted some advice please. My current forks are so bad that i stopped enjoying riding the downhill bits of trails 🙁
Even servicing them doesn't fix the problem as the wear on stanchions enables all the gunk to go inside and clog them up.
They are RS pikes 454, dual air, uturn 140mm.

I would be looking for something similar so 20mm bolt thru (or 15), 140-160mm travel and lockout and maybe uturn. And cheap options please.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Daz

Aye coil Pikes. Like mine in the garage, except ones that are for sale.

Or a set of bombers. Just picked up some cheap & cheerful bombers and impressed. Basic but very plush motion.

Since you have a set sorted - if anyone else is needing some Pikes I have some Team Edition Coil Pikes with Poploc going for about £100. They were serviced last year and haven't been used since.

All in all splendid condition... but since my wheels are clown sized now they aren't really all that much use to me anymore!
