My new and almost unused custom Scalpel Carbon 650b.

You won't get lighter for the money.

Have a look on pinkbike classifieds.

not a very fashionable combo really. I guess you have the 650 or nothing else lot. Why not 29r for short travel?

There's quite a few at 120mm, problem is (for me at least) that not many of them come with bottle bosses.

Scott Spark it is 120mm but CDT means you can run it completely locked, semi or fully open and it is brilliant.

Love mine
