Just wondering how the weather has been over Wharncliffe and Sheffield way today? Going up tomorrow (non-bike related) and considering going over to Wharncliffe when I'm finished. Been pissing it down here all day so wondering if it's any better "oop north"?

I live in Leeds , Wharncliffe is a 34 mile drive away from me. last night we went round our local loop and it was a bit mucky with loads of claggy mud/clay and the off camber rooty section was lethal.

Wharncliffe needs a couple of warm dry weeks before it starts to dry out properly that's not to say you won't still have a good time there but I think it's a given that it's going to be muddy.

agh I hate muddy slippy roots! Will take the bike though just in case I fancy it. I'll be there in the afternoon as well, around 2-3ish I think. Fat bloke on a grey Trailstar ๐Ÿ™‚
