afternoon...
after a fairly successfull first week back on the bike after months off i went and saw the physio today.... bugger. no more bike for another minimum 6 weeks FFS 😥

I got back on mine today after 10 weeks off it. Don't think I'll tell physio when I see her tomorrow though

What did you break? I snapped my collar bone into 3 pieces

tore 3 ligaments in my wrist and had an op to "fix" them. was all going fairly well apart from the pain and being told off by the physio for riding this week... and OUCH! on the collar bone, heal fast...
