Weeny frame bolt… where from?

Looks very similar size to an spd cleat bolt. I've had those with a variety of Allen key sizes. It's the actual bolt size (width and length) that counts.

Looks identical to mech hanger bolt too.

Never seen a 2.5mm cleat bolt myself. 😊

Looks like just a standard countersunk hex socket screw - DIN7991

2.5mm hex means it's an M4 according to this link

For countersunk screws you need to order by total length, not just thread length like you would with a standard cap head screw.
Hard to tell, but is your screw 8mm long?

If so, you need an M4x8 socket countersunk screw.

Have you asked Commencal? I got then to send out some bolts after one snapped on me (many moons ago)
