Wattbike software update and Zwift..

Lots of chat on the FB forums on this and trying here for some reasoned clarity !

I installed the new update last week and like many others it’s broken the Zwift collaboration. The update is in correctly, and I’ve done a Zero States reset.

On the Hub it’s all working perfectly.

My setup is Zwift on iPad and Companion on iPhone.

My normal routine is switch bike on, open Zwift and Companion and do a workout in ERG or a geared ride. I don’t open the Hub.

The gears work as they should but the bike/app isn’t recognising gradients- it should get harder going uphill and easier down, it doesn’t change now though. It did last week on previous software.

FB forums say I need to change my normal routine. I need to switch bike on, open Hub, start a quick ride, open Zwift, and do what I’d normally do, and when at the end of my session, close and save Zwift, then close Hub.

Not tried it yet, but does this work, for those in the know ? !
