Quick XC ride for us today as Mrsstu is feeling a little sorry for herself after an unplanned lie down over the Golfie yesterday.
Not very far but a great view from the top and a mega tailwind on some sections.

Show us all your adventures big and small.

Left for Dubai 8am Monday, got home at 8M last night, so a quick spin over the heat at lunchtime.

Friday 13th? There's something in the myth I reckon.

Reversed trailer into Wife's car. Because she never parks outside the house.

That's over a £100 of spares needed (plus fixing the Fabia bumper). I am an idiot.

Still looking forward to an all day ride for a friends birthday

Hopefully only postponed till tomorrow. Plan B was the Zwift-o-Matic and some Pilates off YT. Significantly less fun.

not being able comfortably ride to work (2 hours there, 2.5 back) I occasionally drive there early with a bike and ride a fake commute, hope this counts

was worth the effort for the sunrise

no riding today as filming a frame painting video for youtube and recording a podcast with my "assistant"

@rocketdog I'm calling that, top of Prospect drive out of Warwick/Hatton, bridleway crossroads. 👍
That section is always completely ridiculous at this time of year.

Awesome razz around Cleeve Hill today.

Still not been for a ride. That's tomororw and expect it'll be as wet as some of those ^^ up there.

Until then, writing therapy having ram raided my wife's car, suffered some pretty epic chainsuck on the newish BFEMax frame and had a ride cancelled today due to flooding, decided a beer and some words was as good as it was going to get

Was looking forward to getting out and linking together some nice gravel and slippy local singletrack. Had to curtail plans as spent too long fiddling with new brakes in the garage (back to cantis, blissful silence, 'adequate' stopping power 🙄) but still found a lovely section of woodland track between two wee lochs.

@sc-xc

Yay Tom, great to see you riding again.

No pics from yesterdays ride as it was either dark in the trees or so windy in the open it might blown my phone out my hand.

Found out yesterday that an old mucka from the midlands has moved up to The Valley so took him out for a rip round.

My friend Em's birthday ride postponed from yesterday.

Looks drier than it was! Properly filthy.

Chainsuck issue on the BFEMax looks like a combination of a stiff link (fixed) and a very tired chaninring (to be fixed).

Otters-pocket-wetness underfoot in Hebden. Still mint though and first ride out on the full suss for a while 😀

Had a great gravel ride from home up around the Washburn valley. First proper leg stretcher this year.
Trails were wet, but the sun was out, with just a tiny little hint of spring in the air. Golden light as I swung back towards Leeds was lovely
