Bit tired after Ben Alder on sun so just going out locally for a gentle spin if i do go out. might do a bit of exploring.

That was a much more pleasant ride than the weather forecast had suggested it would be - can't believe how dry Phantoms was!

Its usually 7pm - blame thebikechain for it being later this week (which actually suited me this time) but 7 is better usually.

That was an ok wee ride. Weather was good to us.

Didn't realise you could lose so much base fitness in that short a space of time...

Anyway, it was fun. Good to be back on the off roader.
