Its usually 7pm - blame thebikechain for it being later this week (which actually suited me this time) but 7 is better usually.
That was an ok wee ride. Weather was good to us.
Didn't realise you could lose so much base fitness in that short a space of time...
Anyway, it was fun. Good to be back on the off roader.
Did the 4 Res Loop and never got hit by lightning once 😉 Saw someone in the distance pedalling up Harbour Hill from Maidens around 1930ish - any of you guys?
