singletrack - I guess that you are coming with DezB. I am sure you will be able to amuse yourself at my house while we are out for the ride if he wants to ride, otherwise head over for about 1pm I guess.

Any other? Might be a small BBQ at this rate ๐Ÿ˜‰

BBQ will explode into life at 5pm if wives and none riders want to turn up about then.

If they get here earlier they can sit around in the back garden if the riders aren't back.

It may start a bit earlier if I get too hot to ride much in the afternoon but we will play that bit by ear

Yep great. Well done on knowing your animals. No dairy for me though, thanks.

Really not used to waking up on a Saturday morning btw ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

We won't be leaving the bike park before 11am so hopefully you can make it on time. ๐Ÿ˜‰

No animals and no dairy is getting challenging for the BBQ.

Do you eat salmon?

There will be a cold pasta salad with coriander and sun dried tomatoes, baked potato, a potato salad and bread.

Gluten free cakes available
