I've just sent an axle back to Jungle for a FOC replacement. No trouble what so ever from Jungle, just a simple 'send it back and we'll send you out a new one'.
I can't see that it would be covered on any sort of warranty and thought I'd just ask the question about getting a new one anyway, rather than fork out for the full Pro Pack Kit (the bearings in it are free)
As they say, it's nice to be nice. so I popped in a bag of Haribo Rhubarb and Custards, OK it prob cost me another quid in sweets and postage.
Anyone else ever send anything back to the suppler/manufacture as a little thanks for sorting you out, or is it just expected and then spouted how bad the CS is?
