I know this isn't the done thing and probably not allowed, but I'm running out of time and kind of promised I'd build one for Xmas. Preferably in the Yorkshire Lancashire area for collection but will consider long distance. will consider frame only or any state of build, but must be in decent condition.

Must have the adjustable dropouts for wheel sizes and gear hanger.
