hi,

Think they've sanitised the best bits - unless it's eroded again.
Here you go, starting in Torver it takes in Stephenson ground, a good descent into seathwaite ( which some has been sanitised as well unfortunately) and a pub (the newfield inn), long cragg, back into seathwaite then up and over walna scar, spiting you out at spoon hall, Coniston. Although its been sanitised and not a patch on what it was its still worth doing. Then it's a pootle back on the road to Torver.

Thanks very much.
gonna head south out of grizedale, round clockwise through seathwaite and over walna back into coniston then return to grizedale
cheers, lets hope it is eroded eh !!
