Top tube not long enough for both prongs to sit under it so is it okay to have one under the saddle? It takes my weight no problem so should be able to support the bike...

One under the fork/headtube/downtube junction, and one under the top tube?

Is it a HT? If so, one of the prongs could go through the seat stay/seat tube junction.

You can get those bars that clip on between the seat post and the stem to hang your bike off two-pronged racks. I think they were originally intended to hang bikes without top tubes off car carriers.
