My mate ordered a Vitus Nucleus for his son for Christmas based on my recommendation. He got a confirmation it was to be delivered on Christmas Eve (happy days) but then an email that it was damaged and they were cancelling the order.
So would it be worth waiting for them to come back in stock, or hunt for something else?
Budget now £800.
Message them on there Facebook group, they sometimes give an estimated time when bikes will be back in stock
When Mate asked they implied that Vitus was a totally separate company.
Ill get him to ask again.
I bought a Vitus Sentier from CRC in November (29VR Large), having been after one since just after their initial launch in September. I had used the stock alert facility on CRC and missed stock on two occasions when they became available - the stock on both occasions disappeared within an hour or two of becoming available. I managed to snag one on the 3rd attempt. My experience was that bikes seemed to become available every 2-3 weeks. I suspect the supply times for the Nucleus would probably be similar.
I'll suggests he waits for the next load to land.
There are very few alternatives in stock anyway (and the German sites aren't shipping to uk).
