Limited appeal to the majority of the audience here, but sad to see a small business like this go under

That's a shame.

However, I had really poor and slow service from them both times we used them and so we didn't use them again.

My wife mentioned it to me tonight as well, shame as she really liked their colourful cycling kit and it made buying her presents so much easier! 😂

Shame though, I can imagine Brexit, inflation and less discretionary spend did not help matters.

Causing some distress on the club cycling page - always seemed to have got the community feel right and done a lot for women's cycling.

They are unusually transparent about what they wanted to do, and what they were advised/told to do by the liquidators/advisors. (On the link above, click returns)

Must be tough selling gear and knowing the post Christmas returns were going to push you over the edge, and not be able to tell your customers they probably won't get a refund (and then getting ticked off for returning the returns to the customers!)

That’s a real shame. They were one of the first woman focused cycling stores. I found their real world summaries of kit really useful and bought from them several times. Did think something was odd though when I picked up an Altura nightvision jacket for £30 from them before Christmas, and then the store seemed to ‘close’ for the holidays. Wish the people behind it the best of luck in getting stuff sorted.
