Used the rail 29x1.75 on my cx/gravelle. Went up tubeless no probs despite not being specifically so. Not tried anything more mtb though.

Fluid & Flow on my 650b. Dual compound, 2.4 width.
Grippy on South Downs & QECP chalk and roots, worn well and went up tubeless easily.
Will be having more of the same when they are done.

Certainly seem to, the 2.4 is definitely bigger than my 2.3 WTB Vigilante.
