I've got some 36's vans, with medium spring, next spring up is too hard for me but even with all pre-load on, at Bringewood uplift last week, I still used all travel pretty easily on braking bumps etc.
If I go to next spring they will be too stiff, is there anyway to add / change oil etc to fine tune them ? would a PUSH mod help out ?

There is a 3 position bump stop setting on them (certainly the older ones). This might be enough to sort you out. Are they the R or the RC2? Perhaps more compression damping might help if they're RC2s.

These are the R's only./ I guess the stop setting is internal ?

Compression damping is fairly easily tuned if necessary. How much sag are you getting with the current spring?

You could up the spring rate by adding more preload using some plastic pipe under the preload adjuster. Bit of a bodge though.
