Used Kind shock road fork with suspension ( elastomer ?) Zero info with Google ?

Came across this rather unusual carbon fork going cheap and I'm intrigued .. It may be rubbish but I'm amazed that I cannot find any info whatsoever online using Google . I entered all the words and model number etc ..also other descriptions but nothing matches which seems odd . Maybe it's a piece of junk but I'm mildly tempted to grab it and do a test build for curiosity.
